We recommend booking 3-6 weeks ahead for portrait and event sessions, and 2-3 months ahead for weddings or larger productions, since our calendar fills quickly during peak seasons.
We're based in Charlotte, NC and regularly shoot throughout the greater Charlotte metro area. Travel for destination weddings and out-of-state projects can be arranged — just ask.
Photo galleries are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. Edited video projects, depending on scope, are delivered within 2-4 weeks. Rush delivery is available on request.
Yes — many of our packages combine both. Having one team handle stills and motion keeps the story consistent and is often more cost-effective than hiring separately.
Every package includes pre-shoot planning, the shoot itself, professional editing/color grading, and a private online gallery or video delivery link. See our Packages section above for specifics on each tier.
Absolutely. Our listed packages are starting points — additional hours, extra shooters, drone footage, or raw file delivery can all be added. Reach out and we'll build a quote around your needs.
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer secure your date, with the balance due before final delivery. Rescheduling is free with reasonable notice — reach out directly if plans change and we'll work with you.
